Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:
- 1 kg ayam
- Minyak Goreng
- Bumbu Kari
- 6 buah serai
- 5 cm Jahe
- 5 cm lengkuas
- Garam
- Merica
- 1 buah Bawang Merah ukuran besar
- 3 Siung Bawang Putih
- Kunyit bubuk
- Jintan Manis bubuk
Cara Membuat:
- Semua Bumbu dihaluskan
- Peram ayam selama 1 jam tapi lebih baik semaleman
- Goreng Ayam sampai berwarna kecoklatan
- Sajikan dengan nasi putih hangat atau nasi lemak
